Excellent Central Hotel
central location friendly staff wide range
The hotel is close to the main plaza. Staff helped us explore the amazing city. Breakfast included a wide range of options, even gluten-free items. Staff packed a takeaway breakfast for us when we had to leave early.
The floor in the room had many stains.

The reception staff provided restaurant recommendations. Breakfast room staff were always happy. They helped us out with places to eat, including the best times to view them and the hotspots.

The location was quite convenient. It was near many key attractions.
the air conditioning did not work. the room became too warm for comfort. it was quite bothersome during the night.

charming stay
friendly lady excellent location
i just came back from a few days in this place. the breakfast lady was very friendly, always smiling (a true ray of sunshine!). the location is excellent, nestled between two lively piazzas. a short walk gets you to piazza bra and the arena.
the mattress in my room felt quite hard to me, and the pillows seemed a bit flat. i ended up with some back discomfort during the night. i understand that mattress preference is subjective, but it's something to consider.

bus information coffee quality central location
the staff were helpful with bus information and printed the timetable for us! breakfast had plenty of choice and the coffee was delicious. the location is great and very central, but also quiet.
the floor in my room had many spots and looked a bit dingy.

cracked basin leaking shower
i was really annoyed by a couple of things. first, the bathroom basin was cracked. also, the shower leaked and the mastic had mold. this clearly indicated the bathroom needs complete refurbishment. the decoration in the room needs a start too.

Superb Stay!
pleasant staff good breakfast excellent location kind receptionist
I encountered very kind staff. The receptionist offered help finding transport during the strike and even made arrangements. Breakfast and service were both very good. The hotel has an excellent central location I loved. I appreciated the proximity to many attractions.
The minibar wasn't working well. I did report it. it was never fixed .
